Use of service
- • You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- • You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and any activity under your account.
- • You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service integrity.
- • FitArenaa may update or improve services; material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
Subscriptions & billing
- • Fees, billing cadence, and scope of features are defined in your order or subscription agreement.
- • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term.
- • Taxes and payment processing fees may apply as required by law.
- • Late payments may result in suspension of service until accounts are brought current.
Data & security
- • We process customer data solely to provide and improve FitArenaa services.
- • Customers remain controllers of their own member and operational data.
- • We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data; see our Privacy Policy for details.
- • You must ensure your own systems and integrations use secure configurations and access controls.
Service availability
- • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- • Planned maintenance will be scheduled and communicated when practical.
- • We may suspend access to protect security or comply with legal obligations.
Liability
- • Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- • Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
- • You may terminate in line with your subscription terms or order form.
- • We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.
- • Upon termination, your access ends, but certain obligations (e.g., payment, confidentiality) may survive.
